We are only 450 Euro per week in 2009. 65 Euro per night. min 2 nights.
Our costs include change of towels mid week and a change of bedding for more than one week and the final
cleaning of the apartment. No extra charge for an extra bed.
Why not come with friends and book both apartments at a special discount. please enquire. -
Many new improvements have been made for Easter 2009 including the new Hot Tub Patio area.
We do not charge for extras, final cleaning, extra bed and change of linen is included in the rental cost. But in extreme weather
we might have to charge extra for central heating.

- 1 good size bath room in each apartment . Please note although we provide towels for use in the apartment. We do not supply towels for the beach, or swimming pools. please bring these with you. Washing will be done for a small charge 6 euro per load. and each apartment has an ironing board and iron and air dryer there are 3 open air public swimming pools near to us. one in villa minozzo a short walk. 1 in toano. and 1 in gazzarno, (open 1st june .close 1st september Due to cooler nights. but you can swim in the river and rock pools and water falls near by. or try our Jacuzzi hot tub spa Hydrotherapy and aromatherapy whith mp3/cd 6/7 seater in our garden or our party room both new for spring 2009,

We have prided ourselves in giving each apartment wonderful comfortable king size double beds, and very comfortable twin beds this has been confirmed by our visitors comments as to ''the best nights sleep they have had in a long time.'' Or check with us on airports that we use. Also car tours. Be adventurous. Try somewhere new. September. October. November. February. March. April may. is a perfect time to visit this area it is cooler and tourist centres. ie. Pisa Venice Florance and Bologna and Parma are not so crowded. See the lovely Autumn colours. and the Deep snow, December to March if you like SKIING and Snow Boarding June. July. August september for the Sun worshippers. 4x4 Jeep Tours into the Tuscan Mountains, also Trips to Venice.Verona. and Pisa with a maximum of 4 persons. Ski: Main ski resort of Febbio for skiing and ski boarding 20 minutes away. 27th December till march. This ski resort is mainly used by Italians not yet discovered by the tour companies. Uncongested ski slopes. Beautiful scenery. Be one of the lucky few to discover this area. Cerreto Laghi is open 1st December to 30th April with all ski standards catered for. Abetone the main ski resorts 1+ hour away. Other smaller ski resorts are Ospitaletto. Pratizzono. and Ventasso Laghi.
