Enjoy breakfast on the deck as you watch the golfers tee off on the beautifully landscaped Salt Pond Golf Course. Relax with cocktails from the screened porch as you watch the sun set. Enjoy the beautiful views of some of the nineteen ponds within the Salt Pond from this well appointed single family home. The house is a short walk to the Club House, Pro-Shop, 3 pools, fitness room, jacuzzi, tennis, putt-putt, table tennis and the arcade. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 are on the first floor (the master bedroom contains 1 king bed, bedroom 2 bedroom contains 1 double bed), and 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. (2 of the bedrooms contain 1 king bed each, the third bedroom contains 2 twin beds). King bed mattress are Sealy Posturpedic as used by Hilton Hotels. There is an outdoor shower in addition to the 2 full bathrooms. The house sits 1 mile from the ocean amid the beautiful Salt Pond Golf Course. Ocean City and Rehoboth are a 15 minute drive.
