There is a 7 night minimum, and no cleaning fee. Short notice booking, if there is a vacancy within 30 days of check-in, a 4 night minimum will be considered. We will not block a 7 night booking for a 4 night booking. The Cleaning Fee for less than a 7 day stay, is $150. A mid stay cleaning, optional at guest's request, is $150. Pool heat is optional, the fee is $150 per week, the 2 day minimum is $70, the daily rate is $35, We recommend you order heat prior to your arrival.
The pool and whirlpool heat is subjective to each individual. The whirlpool will normally warm to 90 degrees + or - within a 12 hour period. The pool will require 24-36 hours warm up, and normally is within 15 degrees of the outdoor air temperature. All rates are subject to a 13% tax. Check out is before 10am. Check In is after 4pm. No pets, no smoking. Note: A third party inventory is taken before and after each rental period. Note: The Manor Homes Management office is in the same time zone as Orlando.
