Home is located in a private setting surrounded by conservation land's lush vegetation and bird life. Relax on the large sunny deck that is equipped with outdoor stereo speakers, a gas and fireplace grill, or kick back in the roomy living/dining area. For sports fans, head downstairs to the game room / bar area where you can play shuffleboard or darts while listening to the stereo and watching the Sox. And if it happens to be raining out or you need to do some work, you can take advantage of our high speed wireless Internet connection. Just bring your wireless enabled laptop and you're all set. The home is also a short walk to Lieutenant Island where you can relax on one of the areas nicest...and most unknown...beaches! And also...your dog is welcome here! Convenient to both ocean and bay beaches, only a short drive to town, and a short walk to both Rookies and Bob's Sub 'N Cone restaurants.
