Off Season Rentals: The cottage is winterized and has a fire place. We invite academic rentals for the off season. Moving and need a furnished cottage? Coming north/south for holidays? Going to a wedding in the area? Traveling to the United States? Consider renting the cottage. Please note: due to the demand, there are higher rates for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Seasonal Rentals: Rates for June, July and August are higher and preference is given to long rentals. Return renters are also given preference, if they indicate their return visit by the preceding January.
Other Activities: Boating marinas nearby. Access to Long Island Sound by boat. Kayak rentals nearby.
