July 1 through Labor Day: $5,000 per week (Includes cleaning)
June & September $3,200 per week
May & October $2600 per week
Long weekend rates available. Memorial Day Weekend and Columbus Day Weekend $2,500.
Special rates available for Thanksgiving, Stroll, New Years, Daffodil and other event weekends.
Off season $2,300/week or $600/night with a 3 night minimum.

Outdoor patio off the living room furnished with teak table and chairs, gas grill and outdoor shower. Ample parking. Shuttle & bike path nearby. A convenient location close to both town & beaches.
Shopping/town: Supermarket, fresh seafood market and farm nearby. Easy to get to town shops and galleries via bike path, nearby shuttle or car. Maria Mitchell Association offers star gazing at their Observations and the opportunity to learn about marine life at the Aquarium. Wonderful children's and adult's reading room and events at the Atheneum; tour the Nantucket Whaling Museum for rainy days. Wide range of restaurants from casual to elegant.
