The living room glass wall opens to a private lanai overlooking breaking waves, sea turtles, whales in season, far views of lanai and spectacular sunset photo opportunity. Ground floor unit, second floor unit and fourth floor unit. Elevator, ADA pool access, pub, convenience store, Maui Sights and Treasure tours and beach gear, snorkel, swim, sail or sit on pool deck overlooking beach. Great barbecue grills and cocktail hour. Easy to get anywhere on the island from the resort. We cater to returning guests and encourage third party referrals. Few condos are this close to the water and have 5 miles of walking beach on a bird sanctuary with no buildings to interrupt nature. Book in advance and avoid high airlines fares. Aloha nui loa.

The Lanai opens to a grassy area just off the beach, making this a great in-and-out condo for kids or a perfect set-up spot for windsurfers. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a queen-size sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a maximum limit of four persons.
Second floor unit 220: Condo #220 is perfect for the long-stay on Maui. The wave-top, second floor view enhances your feeling of being right on the beach. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a walk-in tiled shower. No sofa bed is available. There is a maximum limit of two persons.
Fourth floor unit 420: Condo #420 is located on the fourth floor with a bird’s-eye, panoramic view of Maalaea bay. This romantic view is perfect for the honeymoon couple. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and a queen-size sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a maximum limit of four persons
