The newly added Zen garden includes 3 ponds full of fish, water plants, and numerous varieties of orchids, gingers, haleconias, and antheriums. Fruit trees are scattered around the yard and include banana, papaya, guava, avocado, and various citrus trees. NOTE: There is a property manager who lives on site in a separate basement apartment.
