Stays less than one month will incur county room tax.
Cancellation & Refund: If you need to cancel, it must be done in writing. Damage Deposit & Cleaning Fee will be returned in full amount as long as the property was not used. Rent + Tax will be refunded as long as we subsequently rebook the same dates for, at least, the same rate. If a lesser rate for the same time is all we can obtain, the balance will be returned minus a $50.00 rebooking fee. Refunds would be sent after full rebooked payments. If the home can not be rebooked, we might consider a partial refund. The best assurance of covering a possible loss would be to contact your travel or insurance agent. They can usually provide trip insurance. - Check-in 3pm or later/Check-out 10am or earlier. County Room Tax is 5% of applicable rate for stays less than 30 days. Damage Deposit is $200.00 & Cleaning Fee is $50.00. Both are refundable after home is inspected & found to be left tidy. If there are no damages or costs incurred along with an overall cleanliness, the $250.00 is usually returned in less than a week. To reserve the home for a week(or otherwise) a money order or personal check must be received. Credit card info over the phone is another option. The deposit amount is 1/2 the total of rate + tax + damage deposit + cleaning fee. Balance is due, no later than, one month before stay commences. A signed contract will also be required.

- The master bedroom, besides having a nice, big king-size bed & tv/vcr, also has the convenience of a 1/2 bath. There is a private toilet and linen storage area. A sink with a decorative cabinet is next to toilet. The full bathroom allows the option of taking a nice, warm shower or bath. There's a large double sink in the downstairs laundry room.

Bluffton: The Bluffton neighborhood is safe, friendly, and quiet. Neighbors welcome visitors with open arms. Their friendliness is one of the many reasons people love living here. Especially, in the summer. The easy access to both lakes & so many other valuable amenities are a few of the many pluses. This 3 bedroom home features a sun-filled living room, dining room with table and chairs for 6-8 people, full service kitchen with table and chairs, breakfast nook with a booth, basement laundry area, and 1.5 baths. Outside eating & grill area. Old oak and beech trees are all around property.
Across the street is Bluffton Elementary with a large playground area, basketball courts, and a softball diamond up against a large sand dune. Ample parking. Extensive library with plenty of coffee table reading materials. VHS movies, cassettes, and CD's are also available. Volleyball net, lines, & ball are provided for your choice of any one of the 40 sand courts just around the corner.
Remodeling for 2008: The inside & out are getting lots of new paint. We have also raised the lower archways to other rooms and added new doors. The Malt Shop is also getting a makeover. The living room ceiling also has a new coat of paint on it. Some new furnishings add to the touch-ups & renovations.
