- The second floor bathroom is newly renovated to include designer tile, new ceiling fan/light, fresh coat of paint and new decor. Bathrooms are very clean and well decorated. My wife is very particular about having clean bathrooms with shiny tubs and fixtures.

- The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and feel like home. Three bedrooms have air-conditioning units and cable TV. All mattresses are very good quality and very comfortable. All bedrooms have nightstands with lamps and clock radios, as well as dressers (unlike many other rental properties). We provide all the amenities that make you feel right at home. Bedrooms are laid out as follows: UPSTAIRS 1st bedroom-1 king with one double futon, window air-conditioning unit, walk-in closet, and cable TV; 2nd bedroom- 1 king with twin, pull-out love seat, window air- conditioning unit, walk-in closet , and cable TV. FIRST FLOOR: 1st bedroom- 1 queen with window air-conditioning unit, walk-in closet, and cable TV. 2nd bedroom- 1 queen with ceiling fan; 3rd bedroom-1 queen with ceiling fan.
