Guest Book: Morewood is a perfect perfect home away from home for us in the Berkshires. There is a large shaded lot with the creek and woods at the edge and fenced yard for our dog. We can sit in the garden behind the hand made picket fence on a beautiful stone patio with a fire. Inside is a combination of modern with the floor to roof tiled bathroom yet the same historical feel in the great room from two centuries ago with a gas burning stove that heats the whole house. The photos don't do it justice and the easy living has to be experienced. The location is perfect in central Berkshire County. We have visited in summer and winter and find something new to do every time. Devin. Comments from the guest book- 'I’m chief librarian at the Metropolitan Opera and have for the last ten years spent 2-3 weeks every summer at Tanglewood. Of the many places that I have stayed your place is tops…it is comfortable with all the conveniences that I have in my home.'
