A second upstairs southen exposure bedroom has twin bunk beds and a double sofabed. The ensuite bathroom also has a washer and dryer. The main living area and dining alcove overlook cultivated lawn and conservation land. Beautiful landscaping and perennial gardens compliment the natural terrain and a southern deck offers sunshine and solitude. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and there are two tennis courts available. This home is in a superb location with proximitiy to the beach, Madaket harbor and a bike path. This home is equipped with central air-conditioning. Call for description of furnishings.
