Comfortable four-bedroom home (2.5 baths) with expansive lawns on 300' of secluded, gentle, west-facing shoreline. Oh, what incredible sunsets! Ideally located in the heart of the Champlain Islands convenient to many fine shops, eateries, St Anne's Shrine, orchards, and a vineyard and winery. Burlington and its offerings are a half hour away and it is an hour to downtown Montreal.
