There are restaurants within walking distance and downtown Newport is only 1.5 miles away. We would be happy to connect you via email to previous renters who can give you some objective feedback. On the property are 4 cottages which also can be rented by the week. See links at bottom of the page. This house is owner-managed. We live nearby and are on the property every Saturday overseeing the cleaning and maintenence between guests. We will do our best to make sure you are comfortable and happy with this rental. This is an apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor. This first floor is occupied year-round by a single, professional.
