Only 1 mile from South Beach and 2 miles from historic downtown Edgartown. This loft is spacious, charming and private and tastefully furnished. The large bedroom is separated by French doors from the rest of the space. The living area includes seating area, kitchen with dining area, a large 2nd floor deck off the kitchen with gas grill and outdoor seating. The full-size washer and dryer are located in the bathroom, which also has a full-size jacuzzi tub (with shower).
