Wonderful new Victorian vacation rental home with a large wrap-around porch. Used primarily as rental when owner not using it in the summer. Centrally located in the village of Hyannis Port. 3 bedrooms upstairs plus crib. Additional sleeping accommodations for two and family room in walkout basement with large screen TV. House sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bath has Jacuzzi whirlpool. Spacious family room and kitchen with eat-in counter. Large separate dining room (seats 8) and comfortable living room. Laundry room on the first floor. House is completely set up for housekeeping, including children's books and games.
