Payment in full is required no later than 30 days prior to the Tenant’s arrival date unless booked within 30 days. If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less a $75.00 service charge. This service charge applies for all cancellations. Cancellation made less than 20 days prior to arrival may result in forfeiture of 25% of the entire rent, unless the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount.
