This unique home features a fully finished basement which can function as a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized futon, comfy furniture and many games, puzzles, books, movies and more, plus a full bathroom and a very large laundry room. There is a spacious deck with an outdoor shower, grill, deck furniture and a roll-down awning. The gardens have different areas for enjoyment - a meditation area, a pergola for a cool outside sitting area, a hammock just for lazing around. The house is newly furnished with all new beds, linens, furniture and kitchen appliances. Artwork and photography from local, well-known artists decorate the house. This house is a dream. It sleeps 8-10, has room for the occasional house-guest. It is a 5 minute ride or a 20 minute meditational walk through the trails to the beach.
