Lambert's Cove Beach, Longpoint Beach: Two of the most beautiful beaches on Martha's Vineyard are available to tenants. The Lambert's Cove Beach is located less than a mile from the house and is a beach open only to West Tisbury residents and their guests. The walk to the beach is a shady stroll through a peaceful woodland. A Phantom sailboat is available for your use. A walk-on pass will be provided; if you wish to park at the beach parking lot you will have to buy a car-pass from the Town of West Tisbury. Long Point beach is located on the south side of the Island. The beach is wide and sandy and there is occasional surf for body or board surfing. The beach is owned by Trustees of Reservations and there is a charge for admission.
Woodland Sleeping Cottage: Located 50 yards from the main house across a small stream is a tiny sleeping cottage. Rustic and quiet, it is ideal for escaping with a book during the day or a great camp-out adventure for the kids (or adult kids) at night. The cottage is screened and has electricity but no running water.
