- 3 Large bedrooms with two double beds in each room. Middle bedroom has a love seat and sitting area. Master bedroom has extra space to set up a baby crib or playpen. Cottage can sleep 6-8 comfortably, however, 10-12 people can stay depending on # of children and adults. If all adults, we recommend maximum of 8 to be comfortable. There is a $25 per person per night charge for parties over 8. Limit 12 people total.
