The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens has opened!: The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is now open in Boothbay. It's located on over 150 acres and it's the largest botanical gardens in New England--and one of the largest in the world located on the water. There are daily activities and flowers blooming in all seasons. It's a great destination if you're in this area.
Golf: There are several public golf courses within a short drive of the cottage.
Other Activities: Live theater at the Boothbay Opera House, Harborside Cinema shows the latest releases
