Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $600 a night (Mon-Thurs.) and $850 a night (Friday, Saturday and Holiday dates).
- A 3 night minimum stay is required. We charge $600 per night from Sunday through Thursday. We charge $850 per night for Friday & Saturday nights. And holidays rates are $850 per night. (See holiday dates below.)There is a 7% Maine sales tax added to your bill. Our summer rates are from May through November at $600 a night.
Holidays rates of $850 a night apply for the following dates: Dec. 27 - Dec. 31, Jan. 17, Feb. 14 - 18.
Payment Terms:
We rent on a first come, first serve basis. In order to reserve the house, 50% of the total payment is due when making a reservation (non-refundable 60 days prior to your arrival date). The remaining 50% balance (non-refundable) will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date along with the security deposit of $1000.The security deposit will be refunded to you 14 days from your departure date if the house is found to be in satisfactory condition. We do not accept credit cards.
