- An initial supply of hand soap, shampoo and skin lotion is provided... Any additional bathing products can be easily be found at the many convenience,drug or grocery stores near the Resort. Sheets, towels and face-cloths are supplied and can be exchanged daily... Housekeeping will come only once (mid-week) for a quick cleaning and a linen exchange (included). Cleaning crews will not come in on a daily basis unless you ask them to do so (extra). Unforeseen problems can be handled within minutes by a simple call to the front desk or to maintenance.

- Bedrooms contain - TV w/remote, phone, closet w/ mirrored sliding doors, night stands and a six-drawer dresser w/mirror. Bedrooms also offer plenty of space to move around in. When needed,the living room couch opens into a comfortable queen-size bed. An amazing Eastern vista is offered from the balcony or through the sliding door-walls. The Sun peering slowly over the horizon makes that 1st cup of coffee in the morning especially enjoyable.

Maintainance problems...: If you should encounter any unforeseen problems during your stay at the Resort,there is an on site maintenance crew available to help repair or replace any items that may be acting up. Whether you need to change a light bulb,replace a coffee pot or have an ice-maker that needs tending, maintenance is there to help you (there are no additional service or replacement charges).
Live comedy...: Nationally known comics entertain weekly (Thursday) at Grouchos' Comedy Club. Grouchos', located above Gregory's Steakhouse on resort grounds, is open to the public.(discounts are given to persons staying at the Resort). Loosen-up, join the crowd for the only 'Live' comedy on the Space Coast.
Internet Service...: For those of you that just have to keep-up with your e-mail, wireless internet is also provided at the resort.. Type 'B' signals are broadcast throughout the complex. Computers equipped w/Windows XP Professional SP2 w/802.11b will offer best results.'B' & 'G' wireless adapters are available at the front desk or Radio Shack. (type 'A' wireless will not work)! High speed internet can also be accessed at the Public Library (only a mile from the resort). Laptops equipped with the new wireless Vista 'N' operating system will also be able to use the existing network. Please, keep in mind that no one working at the resort is a 'Computer Expert'.
Guest Book: Hello Joe, Well I'm finally over my sunburn (I should have taken your advice). The sun in May is very strong, although it doesn't seem so. The weather was always 82-85 and sunny. Rained one day (allowed us to take in a movie-&-go shopping) otherwise there was low humidity and the weather was just about perfect. We could only walk to the pier, had to take a cab ride back to the condo we just couldn't make a round trip out of it. Riptide warnings were up, but we saw no problems with them. We had an amazing week! THANK YOU, Eric Dear Joe, Thanks so much for a memorable week in Florida. Richard and I had a time to remember. The folks at the front desk were very helpful, the condo was clean & even closer to the beach than I had thought. The people of Cocoa Beach were friendly and were happy to have us spend time in their lovely little city. Many thanks, Irene PS. You were right about Pompanos'... Irene Martin , Champaign,IL
