Amenities: Duel fireplace, central air, 4 cable TVs, DVD, VCR, stereo, eat in kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking & eating utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, Weber gas grill (BBQ), Pillow top, memory foam or feather beds and down bedding. One half acre of very private land. Shed to store your bikes, etc. A dog may be allowed with prior approval, signed pet agreement and pet cleaning and damage deposit.
Golf: Islands End Golf Course is an 18 hole course with several holes right on the Long Island Sound. It also offers a driving range, pro shop and club house open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cedar golf course is located in Cutchogue, 10 minutes away. This is a par 3 course grant for beginners or if you only want to play 9 holes.
Guest Book: If you are looking for that peaceful, comfortable vacation rental with a great location, then this house on Blue Marlin Drive is just the ticket. Sitting on a corner lot, bordered on one side by woods, and surrounded by a lovely yard, it’s a great spot to relax on the deck or the hammock and listen to the bay just across the street. The house was spotlessly clean and roomy with extremely comfortable beds. A large bowl of local fruits and vegetables greeted us upon arrival – a great touch! The appliances are all top notch with a washer and dryer in the small laundry room. This room also contains a slop sink where you can wash off your catch after a day of fishing. We were here for two weeks and loved the ability to pick up fresh produce at the local farm stands great wines from a huge choice of vineyards. If you want to eat out, there are choices galore in Greenport, Southold and Mattituck. We loved The Frisky Oyster in Greenport Village. Add to this mix a gracious owner, and .
