Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $400 p/n if 4 or less, $500 p/n otherwise
- $400 p/n if 4 or less people, $500 p/n if more, minimum of 2 nights(no weekend rentals during summer, only weekly)
$1500/week off season - $2000 a week in June
$3500/week in summer(July and August) for house which sleeps maximum of 10 people per night plus the 2 br guest house which sleeps maximum of 6 people, the guest house will not be rented without the main house.
