Stone fireplace in living room and stone 'outdoor Adirondack barbecue pit.' Fire wood provided. Steps lead to shallow swim area. 18-foot private dock. Canoe provided. River navigable into 9-mile-long Schroon Lake. Public launch nearby. Five minutes from Northway (I-87) Exit 25. Four miles south of Schroon Lake. 20 minutes to Lake George Village. 25 minutes to Gore Mountain. 10-15 minutes to other smaller ski areas. 25 minutes to 50+ factory outlet stores. 40 minutes to Saratoga.
