Stay Cool in Summer & Cozy in Winter: You'll enjoy new ceiling fans in most bedrooms. All new beds and bedroom furniture. Updated bathrooms and kitchens as well as new carpeting and paint. There's also a 'peek-a-boo' view of the ocean from top floor bedrooms! All new clapboard siding and exterior paint along with a newly restored, Victorian front porch and rear deck make the house a very welcome and relaxing experience both inside and out. The new oil-fired heating system and house-wrapped insulation makes this classic Victorian a very heat efficient house for winter renters.

There is a tiled kitchen and bath and a living room and 2 bedrooms on both the first and second floors. The third floor has four bedrooms and a tiled bath.

Other Activities: 3 Casinos within 20 minutes to 1 hour away
