Featured on HGTV as a typical Nantucket cottage, this home is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms (one queen, two bedrooms each with two twin beds), two full baths (both newly remodeled), Internet, and a large screened in porch with dining table, wicker sofa and two chairs. There is a large front yard, perfect for children and cookouts. The house is a five-minute walk to Sconset Village with a market, sandwich shop, Sconset Cafe, post office and liquor store. The Chanticleer Restaurant is around the corner and the Summer House is a five minute walk. The Sconset Beach, with lifeguard, is an eight minute walk. The island's shuttle bus stops at the corner. The bike path is very close by and will take you all over the island. Pets are welcome.
