- The 2 master bedrooms are separated by the roof top terrace. Both open off to the terrace and both have a nice ocean view. They also have en suite bathroom and both have new, quiet air conditioners. You can still hear the sound of the waves at night .

The owners Gary and Catalina Rogers (Canadian/Costa Rican) live on site and are happy to help you with your activity planning and get you settled in. We are just on the edge of town, a 5 min walk, and 7-8 min to the airport or 7-8 min to the national park (Manual Antonio). There is good surfing just 2 blocks down the road from our gate Check out our updated web page on Children are very welcome and the area offers many family activities. Weddings: We are set up to cater to small weddings of up to 25 people at a very reasonable cost, and would be happy to provide several happy references.
The area is loaded with family activities from the great Yellow submarine snorkeling tour, to canopy tours, sunset sailing, white water rafting, surfing right out front, horse back riding and Mangrove tours. All tours pick you up right at our door and will bring you back. We have all the information, recommendations, and prices right here and will be happy to sit down with you and help with your activity planning.
We are just 2 blocks up from the new marina in Quepos, a 5 minute walk into the center of town and a 8-10 min drive or bus ride to the national park and beaches at Manuel Antonio. On site we have a large pool with water fall, wet bar and BBQ area. Tables for pool side dining and lots of wild life passing through here while you sip your morning coffee. The units are all fully equipped with everything from first aid kits, irons, hair dryers, security alarm system, cable TV, and everything you need in the kitchen, including microwaves and coffee grinders. There is a pool alarm system for small children.
