The other side of the foyer consists of an open floor plan which includes the Gourmet kitchen, large dining room that seats ten people and a large family room that has another flat screen TV with DVD & VCR. Even while you are cooking for the family you don’t have to miss out on the fun. All these living areas have sweeping views of the Grand Cove.
