The large balcony is 'punched out' from the building providing an unobstructed view of both up and down the beach for miles, unlike virtually all other condos on the Key. (There are no screens, no limited view, no shade from other buildings) This is truly paradise on exclusive Whitney Beach, Longboat Key. Sit at the table on your beautiful balcony and watch the waves and dolphins play as you enjoy breakfast, or relax on easy chairs and chaise lounge while you watch the majestic sunsets. Open floor plan. Approximately 1000 sq feet. Newly decorated. Everything you need for a wonderful visit. One Bdrm with a smaller room that has a futon, fully equipt kitchen, new ceramic tile floor,wireless highspeed internet, DVD, VCR, cable,washer/dryer. Grocery Store, Restaurants and shopping short walk away. Chaise lounges on balcony, at the pool and on the beach. Tennis, barbecues and more on site. Golf, tennis and more on key.

This condo is located near everything. Boating across the street. Tennis on the property. Tennis is also available down the street at the world famous Colony Tennis and Spa resort. Other tennis academies close by. Bike lane along the whole length of the key. Separate running/walking path also along the key. Golf available at many locations. Many restaurants, great shopping at the south end of the key infamous St. Armands Circle. And if that is not enough then you have everything Sarasota has to offer just a few minutes down the road.
