A beautiful secluded home in the West End of town. There is a magnificent screened-in front porch that runs the length of the house with a bar and stools, great for entertaining. Three bedrooms all with en suite baths. The grand room is a open loft space with a deck off the back of the house and a roof deck with incredible views of the bay and ocean. A new bluestone patio with beautiful landscaping garden has just been added off the garden level suite. The property has a unbelievable setting, it sits between two pieces of conservation land allowing for complete privacy. There is an outdoor shower overlooking this pristine setting. 10 minute walk to town or5 minute bike ride. Herring Cove Beach is a short walk across the moors less than a 1/8 mile. PARKING FOR 3-4 CARS.
