Cancellation policy: $75.00 non-refundable cancellation fee. 100% of deposit (and/ or rental fee) to be returned for cancellation prior to six weeks or if the property is rebooked at same rate for same period of time. If property cannot be rebooked, 60% of the deposit/rental fee is returned if booking is canceled from six to three weeks prior to rental period and 40% is returned if booking is canceled under three weeks.
