Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250-$450/night, $3200/week
- June 7, 2008 - September 6, 2008 is $3200 per week
Saturday - Saturday (1 week minimum stay)
September 6, 2008- June 6, 2009 is $1,800 per wk or $700 minimum per 2 night stay + $250 for each additional night
Holidays - Any rental that includes Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve: $2,000/wk (1 week minimum stay) - Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance of owner.
A 50% deposit will hold your reservation. The balance, along with a $400 security deposit to cover excessive cleaning charges or damages lis due 30 days prior to arrival. Please send separate check for security deposit which will be returned to you within one week of house being cleaned and inspected.
Full refund of deposit will be given for reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for cancellation less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
Well mannered pets are welcome.

The 15 x40 ft family room has a twin sofabed, queen size futon, plus 2 bunk beds for dormitory style sleeping. The house is fully furnished including linens, washer/dryer, telephone, 2 TV's and VCR's, plus an extensive book and video library. Wood decks abound for sunset and sunrise sunning and relaxing.
