- All 3 bathrooms--like the kitchen--are newly tiled. The ground floor bathroom has a washer/dryer, and a door (one of 3) to the 700 square foot deck. The en-suite master bath has a tub/shower. All 3 showers have opaque glass doors, and the roomy outdoor shower is also private. There is a new 50 gallon water heater, assuring that you will never run out of hot water. The lighting throughout the house is excellent.

- There are 2 bedrooms in a separate wing on the second floor, each with one double bed; they share a 3/4 bath and a landing large enough for a crib; one has a portable telephone and a cable outlet; like all other rooms there are excellent reading lights, radio/alarms, and walk in closets. A bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds (easily combined to a double bed) has a telephone/fax and an over sized desk. The air-conditioned master bedroom on a separate wing on the second floor has a queen bed, an en-suite full bath, a seating area, a portable telephone, and a desk with a lovely view of the front garden replete with lavender, hydrangeas, fairy and sea foam roses, sedum, low bush blueberries, vinca, and the comings and goings of nesting birds. There's a queen sofa bed in the great room sharing the ground floor 3/4 bath; it's spacious and private--practically as special as the master bedroom--with a telephone. Every telephone offers free domestic long distance
