- Rentals are from 4:00 PM Saturdays to 10:00 AM Saturdays. 50% of the rental amount is due at the time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. A $500 security deposit is also required at the time of booking. No pets and no smoking inside the cottage and guesthouse. Use of the guesthouse is included in the rental rates listed below. Rates below do not include required 7% state lodging tax.
