This home is nestled in the woods, accessed by a private driveway. Hiking and biking are easily accessible. Ike's landing (Acadia National Park boat launch area on Echo Lake) and the National Park Beach on Echo Lake are a short drive away (about 5 minutes).Bar Harbor is about a 10-15 minute drive from the cottage. FYI: For your convenience, there are grocery stores and laundromats in nearby villages. The village libraries offer internet/ email access. RedZone wireless offers service for a fee. The quaint historic Somesville Library also offers incredible views of the Village Mill Pond and Somes Harbor. Free Island bus service nearby ('Island Explorer')
