Home Description: As you climb the covered exterior staircase and enter through a convenient mudroom into our spacious open living area upstairs, you are greeted with a wall of windows and overstuffed sofas which face an inviting log fireplace. With the loft up above the living area, everyone is in on the fun as meals are prepared in our well-appointed and newly-renovated kitchen. A center island hosts comfortable stools and cozy lighting while the kitchen is fully equipped with everything the discerning cook would desire to please a crowd. Stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinetry, flooring, and lighting complete the appeal. Bathrooms have just recently been upgraded as well!! And don't forget downstairs!!! Equipped with it's own mudroom, the lower level with private entrance also has a full kitchen, living room with 52' Television and another cozy fireplace.

Payment Details: 50% of the rental rate is due upon booking. Visa, MasterCard or check. The balance, 9% Vermont State tax and refundable security/damage deposit is due 60 days prior. The damage deposit can be a credit card authorization. During ski season the rental rate is non-refundable unless the dates can be rebooked. A one night cancellation penalty applies in the Summer and Fall unless the dates can be rebooked. A signed lease is required. This home is for responsible adults and families only.
