Worth over one million-dollars, this estate is five years old with over 5500 square feet of living space consisting of four levels. On the main floor we have the gourmet kitchen made for hosting wonderful dinners, with a professional six-burner gas stove and oven. Open the window and hear the gentle sound of the brook as you create fabulous meals. The kitchen also has two fridges and a new traditional wood stove oven. Also on the main floor we have the first bedroom, with a queen-size bed and full en-suite. Next is the Library where you can relax in a leather wingback and enjoy a book by the fire, in all there are five fireplaces. Then we have the 'great room' which joins the dining room and living room together. Enjoy a glass of wine and marvel at the view from the three massive floor to ceiling windows that look out onto the pristine forest.
On the second floor we have two bedrooms, one bedroom has a king-size bed with a two person Jacuzzi tub, and the second bedroom has a queen, and two twins with a balcony that looks out to the south forest. On the third floor we have another bedroom with a queen bed, there is also a Jacuzzi tub and a balcony that overlooks the brook and back forest. All bedrooms have full en-suites.
The home is powered by a brand new solar electrical system with a generator backup - recharge system. You never have to worry about losing power. With over 5500 square feet of living space, this mansion has it all. Get ready to be more relaxed than you ever thought possible.
