The upper deck offers an outstanding and delightful experience for complete relaxation and to enjoy the luxury of breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or cocktails. A few steps down from this upper deck is a brick terrace for social enjoyment in a different relaxing manner. Below the upper deck is a patio for privacy and for protection from the sea breeze and sun if necessary. It is also an ideal setting for secluded and intimate dinners and/or cocktails with splendid views of the water from a different perspective. Appropriate and comfortable furniture is located on the deck, brick terrace and lower patio.
A large bright lower level is available for inclement weather activities. A boat door provides an excellent place to sit and view the outdoor sights, while sitting on comfortable furniture. A full bathroom is available in the lower level, as well as an outside shower with hot and cold running water to use after swimming or playful activities. A door opens from this level to the lower patio.
