The rich history of the Champlain valley. The Shelburne Museum contains perhaps the finest collection of early Americana to be found anywhere. Other exceptional one-day trips can be made to Mt. Mansfield, Ft. Ticonderoga, Mt. Philo, Stowe Village, Sugarbush and Ausable Chasm. Even the European charm of Montreal and Quebec City are just a few hours away.
