  • Bathrooms are roomy, very clean (as is this entire beach house), and modern. The outside shower is very large with small wall benches inside. It is private and enclosed and has both hot and cold water. It is a great place to shower and wash your hair after a day on the beach. There is also a faucet close to the kitchen door so that one may wash the sand from their feet before entering the house or walking around on the deck.

  • one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with one king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and one bedroom room with a new trundle bed which, when the lower mattress is pulled out and popped up becomes either two twin beds, or when pushed together these two mattresses can take king size sheets. Besides these bedrooms, and beds, the upstairs family room contains a double sized sleep sofa. When closed off at night, this room becomes the fifth bedroom. In the cabinet of the family room there is a new queen size blow up sleep mattress. When blown up, this mattress is the same height and width as a regular queen size bed. In the sitting area at the end of the dining room there is one double sized sleep sofa. There are 2 porta cribs (pac 'n play,) in the upstairs bathroom closet. All bedrooms are very bright and cheerful and have pleasant furnishings and prints on the walls.

Notes: Outside 'after swim' shower; blender; sun decks; patio picnic tables; very large deck off kitchen and dining room; private beach. Our beach house is VERY comfortable, and ROOMY for extended families and groups of friends. There is a lot of room, in both our house and on the upper and lower sun decks. Because our house is quite roomy, renters can have their own 'space' and enjoy the peace and quiet of a Cape Cod beach experience. Our beach house is truly a home away from home. It is equipped with lots of creature comforts. Our house is in excellent condition, very clean, nicely decorated and beautifully maintained.
