- Bathrooms are roomy, very clean (as is this entire beach house), and modern. The outside shower is very large with small wall benches inside. It is private and enclosed and has both hot and cold water. It is a great place to shower and wash your hair after a day on the beach. There is also a faucet close to the kitchen door so that one may wash the sand from their feet before entering the house or walking around on the deck.

- one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with one king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and one bedroom room with a new trundle bed which, when the lower mattress is pulled out and popped up becomes either two twin beds, or when pushed together these two mattresses can take king size sheets. Besides these bedrooms, and beds, the upstairs family room contains a double sized sleep sofa. When closed off at night, this room becomes the fifth bedroom. In the cabinet of the family room there is a new queen size blow up sleep mattress. When blown up, this mattress is the same height and width as a regular queen size bed. In the sitting area at the end of the dining room there is one double sized sleep sofa. There are 2 porta cribs (pac 'n play,) in the upstairs bathroom closet. All bedrooms are very bright and cheerful and have pleasant furnishings and prints on the walls.
