This 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for vacations and short Get-A-Ways. We are near all the activities such as Beautiful Beaches, Fine Restaurants and Public Golf Courses. A 12 minute walk to Glendon Road Beach and Sea Street Beach. Staying in May, Oct or Nov? Yes, we have Heat!
Your vacation spot is located on a child friendly dead end street with ample parking. The open living room and kitchen has a cathedral ceiling, stained glass window, ceiling fan, dishwasher, washer, dryer, lobster pot, games, and books. Hardwood floors. Internet. AC. TV. DVD. Heated.
Completely remodeled bathroom and new comfy chairs for the living room.
A picnic table, outdoor furniture, gas grill and hot & cold, enclosed outdoor shower. The backyard and patio area are perfect for laying out in the sun, relaxing and family BBQ's.
Conveniently located to a local grocery store, shops, movies, golf, bike/walking trails, restaurants, mini golf, boat rentals, good fishing spots and other recreation.

We are located on the Mid - Cape, at exit 9A, off Route 6 and near all the attractions and fine restaurants. We are less than 3/4 mile from the ocean and beaches of Nantucket Sound. We live in a child friendly neighborhood on a quiet dead end street. There are many public golf courses in Dennis and near-by Yarmouth. We are less than 1/2 mile to a Boat Rental Shop on Swan River where you can rent a paddle boat, row boat, canoe or kayak, and 1/2 mile to a pond with docks for your kayak or boat. We are less than 3 miles miles to the Marina at Bass River where fishing for strippers are suppose to be good and you can put your boat in the water.
