This is a very unusual property.: Finding large homes with huge yards right in town may be difficult, but that's just what you'll find here. We're close to everything yet there's a feeling of privacy as well. The house is spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable; there are three indoor sitting areas and three patios. Truly a Wellfleet experience, our property has the flavor of the town, a quintessential New England village. There are modern amenities and antique details throughout the house. Our guests have told us they love the location because there are so many options for activities, many within walking distance, or easily accessible by bike or car. There are nine restaurants, dozens of shops and galleries, fish markets, produce stands, grocery store, the marina, golf, tennis, a newly renovated skate park, ball park, and so much more. Take in the natural beauty on foot, by bike or boat. Fresh water ponds are within one mile and salt water beaches are within one (bay) to two miles (ocean).
For those who've rented with us before:: We look forward to welcoming back our returning guests. We've taken a couple of years off from renting and made some wonderful improvements to the grounds as well as repainting, upgrading our appliances, beds and media equipment.
