This beautiful, newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is nestled on 1/2 acre on private dirt road only 1/2 mile from bay beaches & 2 miles from ocean beach. 1/2 mile from bike trail. 4 minutes up the road from Orleans & shopping. 17 minutes to P'town. 'Ben & Jerry's' is around the corner! Our home comes fully equipped and decorated with comfort in mind I promise you that you will want to come back year after year. If you stay long enough, you might find the back path to the beach!

1 queen, 2 twins. Hammock; small deck; ceiling fans in every room; outside 'after-swim' shower; Fully equipped kitchen; adirondack chairs on stone patio and also on wooden deck. Hammock and lounge chaises as well as a 4-6 person outdoor picnic table. 1/2 acre of privacy on a dirt road which dead ends so traffic is light and only those who are living on the road. 1/2 mile walk from bay beaches and 2 miles from nauset or Coast Guard beach. Orleans only 5 miles from house where you will find all the amenities you need in shopping. Locally there is a wonderful Ben & Jerry's Ice cream store as well as a general store which is fully equipped for all your vacation needs. Bike rentals are located in that same shopping center as the general store as well as across the street.
