This property allows groups to spread out in comfort, with many large living areas, 9 bedrooms, and the ultimate in flexible bedroom arrangements. Newly expanded with 16 beds (4Q,4D,8T) + 2 sofa beds, it comfortably accommodates 9-16 individual adults; or 9 couples each with their own bedroom; or, our specialty, families of all ages, with 14-18 people maximum preferred, and 19 the absolute maximum. Groups of 14 are the norm, with half smaller, half larger. We limit the number of people (19 max) to maintain the high quality of our property in 'like-new' condition, for our use and the use of all of our tenants.
