There are picnic tables and barbecue grills at the lake, pack your picnic basket and enjoy your day or evening. Forget something? We are just a short walk back to the house in case you left your binoculars behind! Bald Eagles, Blue Heron, Osprey, Geese, Ducks. Here in the winter? The landscape changes dramatically when the lake is frozen. Snowshoe or cross country ski across the lake for a truly unique experience! Appropriate winter vehicle needed - 4 wheel or all wheel drive.
Activities Galore!: We are located less than 10 miles from Mt Snow & Haystack and are 20 miles from Historic Bennington or Vibrant Brattleboro, VT. Beautiful scenery every where you look!
