Charming New Country Cottage: Beautiful year round home surrounded by lawn, patios, and perennial gardens. Spacious 2-story hide-away, though thoroughly secluded, is located right in the heart of picturesque West tisbury Village. On the first floor there is a terrific living room with beamed ceiling and lots of glass looking out onto conservation. It has care free pergo floors throughout and it is attractively furnished in a comfortable country style. There is a front to back fully equipped country kitchen with dining area, cherry cabinets, and extra sitting area. There is a half bath and a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private full bath with whirlpool tub and shower. Sliders from the bedroom let you out on a quiet private patio that faces conservation. Radiant heat and extra insulation makes this cottage warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Cottage Upstairs: The second floor is a huge bedroom with beamed ceiling divided by the stairway which has a queen bed and single bed on the right side and a queen and single on the left. This area has a full bath with 4 ft by 4 ft shower with seat and a double sink.
Location: This house is in a sweet village where you can walk to the bus stop, playground, library, deli, farmers market, art fair, gallery, and the ever popular Alley's general Store. Permitted access to private, sandy, Lambert's Cove Beach on the north shore, (gorgeous sunsets, calm water) and Long Point Beach on the South Shore. (Atlantic Ocean, waves, sunrises). Near bike paths, horseback riding, and great kayaking at West Tisbury Great Pond only a 3 minute drive away.
