Comfortable and Entertaining: The perfect antidote to a busy existence, this is an easygoing, colorful space with natural wood ceilings throughout. Four ceiling fans assure year-round comfort. While soft, warm and a bit rustic, it is an entertainment delight: a 42' plasma HDTV in master bedroom, a 42' plasma HDTV with surround sound in living area, and a whole-house music system w/ iPod hook up and cable music channels. All light fixtures are fitted with rheostats to create a wonderful glow. The saltillo tile floor flows from the interior to the pool terrace through wide-open French doors creating a seamless indoor-outdoor transition. Instant serenity is accomplished by the comfortable interior and the way the outdoors seems to be part of the inner experience of the house. Coupled with stunning views of the rugged peaks of the San Jacinto mountains (snow-capped at times), this getaway has natural beauty inside and out.

Something for Everyone: The long elegantly curved pool (heated October thru May, cost included) stretches across the back of the property offering privacy which cannot be matched by any condo. Plenty of deck space with patio furniture and chaises. A 5+ person, 30-jet spa with lounge and CD player is nearby. The pool side cabana is air conditioned, outfitted w/ cable TV, iPod speakers, and queen sofabed.
