Winter weekends (January 11 - April 15) $750 inclusive (Friday - Sunday, 2 nts, 3 days) excludes holidays.
Winter holiday weekends $950 inclusive (Friday - Monday, 3 nts, 4 days)
Winter weekly - (January 8 - April 15, 7 nights, 8 days) $1400 inclusive
Winter holiday weeks (January 8 - April 15, 7 nights, 8 days) $2175 inclusive
Note: Rentals of less than one month are subject to 9% VT tax. - To make it easier for you to to figure out the total cost of one week's stay, please remember that weekly and 3-night rates do INCLUDE the 9% VT rooms tax and cleaning fees. The figures shown above are inclusive. Only refundable security deposit of $100 is additional.
A discount is offered on stays of 14 nights or more. The rate for two weeks is $1695, including tax and cleaning from June 14 - November 2, 2013. Refundable security deposit of $100 is the only addition. Additional refundable dog security deposit of $150 is added to all rates when there is a dog guest.
We have recently completed total window replacement in the home. All windows are thermopane, low E glass argon filled for high energy efficiency. We have also completed residing the exterior with cedar shingles with a weather barrier underneath. Our home is about 1500 square feet and was economical to heat in previous seasons.
